Refund Policy

Return Conditions

Free returns are available for all items
within 7 days of delivery, provided the return conditions specified
below are met.

  • Purchased products must be returned from the orders original delivery location.
  • Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product.
  • Returns will “Not Be Accepted” on the basis of a specific fragrance description/smell of the product, since it may vary from person to person.
  • Products returned must be in their unused original condition with all A. HAMI BROS. barcodes attached and any related tester pieces.
  • Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at A. HAMI BROS. reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore be sent back to the customer.
  • If the product sent to us is not defective, the customer will be charged for shipping charges.
  • No Product Sold In Wholesale/Retail Category Will Be Returned or Exchanged on the basis of lack in the lasting of its fragrance based on somebody's personal opinion. All Products pass a strict quality check before being dispatched from A. HAMI BROS. be rest assured.
  • There is “No Return or Refund Policy” for the products which have been bought by discount or promotional costs.

Receiving a Refund

  • No Refund will be applicable for “Cash On Delivery Orders”.
  • Refunds will be accepted only for orders which paid through online payment method.
  • We will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 10-15 working days (INDIAN public holidays may delay this process).

 Exchanges

  • Currently orders cannot be exchanged via the online store.
